"Today I stopped by the State Farm office in of Phillip Achilles, in Meridian, and I was helped by a young woman that I believe is named Casey. I was looking for help with the tracking device used in their safe driving program. I had spent almost an hour trying to activate the first device, and I wanted help with the second device to make the job faster and easier, (for me at least). Casey spent a few minutes helping me with the State Farm app, and then came to my truck in their parking lot to activate the second device. In less than 5 minutes, she was done with the activation, and I was heading home. Casey was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and an expert at activating the safe driving tracking device. Phillip is fortunate to have such a great and personable staff!"

"Phillip has been my car and renter's insurance agent for a few years now and I've had no complaints, but I didn't realize how fantastic he is at his job until I turned to him for help starting a potential business. His staff had always helped me before and they were excellent, but with the business Phillip himself was involved and helped me by answering all of the questions I had, even when he had to go do research to get the correct answers. He made sure that I had everything I needed and that the price was good the whole way as well. 100% would recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, friendly, honest agent."
